Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. Please place a new order if you want additional items not included in your original order. We will combine shipping on separately placed orders if using the same email and billing address for check out.
Items placed in carts are not guaranteed or reserved until a purchase is completed and the purchaser has received an order number/confirmation email.
We guarantee that our dahlia tubers and rooted cuttings will grow and be true to the variety name, or your product will be refunded. Please plant your dahlias after your USDA growing zone's last frost date and follow the detailed growing instructions we include with your shipment. Your dahlia tubers should sprout within 6 weeks after planting. If they fail to sprout within 6 weeks after planting, please email us immediately at tracy@citygirldahlias.com. We are not responsible for weather issues, pest damage, or poor customer care.
Problems with dahlia tubers or rooted cuttings must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds: Customers may not cancel orders.
We guarantee that our dahlia tubers, rooted dahlia cuttings, plants, and seeds will grow and be faithful to various names, or your product will be replaced if available or refunded.
Refunds are issued via original payment methods or through store credit. This guarantee is limited to the purchase price only and does not include shipping fees, liability, or damages from losses resulting from crop failure.
Reselling products originally purchased from City Girl Dahlias void any guarantees on the product.
Orders: City Girl Dahlias does not accept orders via mail or telephone. We only accept orders via our Online Store at citygirldahlias.com.
City Girl Dahlias reserves the right to refuse service to any customer anytime.
