Dahlia Shipping Info

We begin shipping tubers in late March or early April (I can do custom dates if you let me know when you place your order). Cuttings will be shipped separately from tubers. Cuttings will be shipping in April/May, depending on the weather and how things are over winter.
We will automatically combine shipping. There is no need to contact us. If, for some reason, we miss an order that should be combined, it will be shipped separately.
If, for some reason, your plant grows and it's not what you ordered:
With regards to viruses, ___ happens, and nothing is perfect. I am hands-on and check every plant I grow. If anything looks even slightly off – it goes in the trash. Anyone who says their stock is guaranteed virus-free is not giving accurate information. Nothing keeps a bug from biting and infecting a healthy plant – despite it not showing signs of the previous growing season. If your plant shows signs of infection, if you feel you have a bug-free environment and the virus came from us, please let me know – I will do my best to make it right – but viruses are everywhere. I was fortunate enough to cull out only a few suspicious plants in my second growing season. Gall leafiness or crown can easily be transferred between plants. Again, I look at this closely, and the few plants I started with from big box growers are now culled.
Final thing – and this is so important! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - IF and that's a big IF, you have a concern or problem, do not take your issue to social media! I am a small, one-person grower focused on doing what's right. I will do whatever I can, but please BE KIND and work with me, not against me, to resolve your issue. My sincerest thanks!

If, for some reason, your plant grows and it's not what you ordered:
- Please know it wasn't intentional – things happen, and I'll say, "I'm sorry!" 100 times.
- Please let me know as soon as possible so I can fix it immediately or, worst case, the following year.
- Please do not post negative social media posts or reviews; please talk to me first to let me fix it. I'm a fixer and will do everything possible to make you a happy camper with your order.
